Presentation plaque, Port of Long Beach. On a rectangular wooden backboard, a circular brass plaque. A separate brass plate below reads: 'PRESENTED TO THE 34TH CONGRESS, INTERNATION ASSOCIATION OF CAPE HORNERS, NATIONAL MARITIME MUSEUM, GREENWICH, ENGLAND, JUNE 12-14TH 1978.
