Badge
Metal openwork badge, the badge is decorated with a central motif, which consists of a horn hung on a length of ribbon. The ribbon is decorated with thistle-ended tassels. There is scroll motif above the horn, which bears the name 'HMS VICTORY'. The scroll motif links up with an oak wreath, which appears below the horn.
