A fragment of German shell recovered from the armoured cruiser HMS Warrior (1905) at the battle of Jutland
Fragment of German shell adhered to a circular wooden mount. HMS Warrior (1905) was hit by 15 heavy German shells and around 12 medium-to-small shells during the battle of Jutland, resulting in her eventually being abandoned as unseaworthy.
