Exergue: Stern view of antique galley, marked 'GALLIA'. Restruck for the naval review of the British and French fleets in 1905 mounted on a wooden plaque. On plaque: 'PORTSMOUTH AOVT 1905.' On reverse of plaque: 'S . M . EDOVARD VII PASSE EN REVVE LES ESCADRES ANGLAISE ET FRANÇAISE A PORTSMOUTH LE 9 AOVT 1905.'
