Mitten
Grey knitted mitten with leather patches in middle of first and middle fingers and at base of thumb. Used on Nares' Arctic expedition 1875. Belonged to Lieutenant A. A. C. Parr, HMS "Alert". Marked with owner's initial 'P' in cross stitch.
