Awarded to Admiral William Oswald Story (1859-1938). Badge: A cabochon granet from which spring 32 rays of white enamel edged gold, which hangs from a spray of 3 paulownia flowers and leaves enamelled in their proper colours. Suspended by a ring from a sash of white moire ribbon edged with red.
