        Medal commemorating Charles Edward Stewart (1720-1788). Obverse: Bust of Prince Charles (right), hair short, curl behind, no drapery. Legend: 'REDEAT MAGNUS ILLE GENIUS BRITANNIAE.' (May he, the great genius of Britain, return.) Reverse: Britannia, standing by a rock on the seashore, and resting upon her spear and shield, waits the arrival of an approaching fleet; behind her is a globe with a map of Great Britain. Legend: 'O DIU DESIDERATA NAVIS.'  (Oh, long hoped-for ship.) Exergue: 'LAETAMINI CIVES SEPT XXIII MDCLII.' (Let us rejoice, citizens, 23 Sept. 1752.)
