Engraved commemorative coin
Obverse: Engraved on a smooth surface port broadside view of a battleship under full sail. Inscription below: 'IMPETUEX' (sic). Reverse: Inscribed within a decorated border a monogram 'JC'. 'M.A.G.' Below, 'A.M.C. 1809.' (Named after a French ship, the subject of this medal was in the blockade of Lorient.)
