Commemorative badge. To the Brazilian fleet from the Argentina fleet. Obverse: A badge in the form of a scroll. The arms of Brazil and motto on a ribbon below: 'ESTADOS UNIDOS DO BRAZIL 15 de Novembro 1889' (date when Republic was established.) In brass on white metal ground. Reverse: Inscription, 'Á LA ARMADA BRASILERA LA ARMADA ARGENTINA Arsenal de Marina 25 Octubre 1900.' (To the Brazilian fleet from the Argentina fleet. Marine Arsenal 25 October 1900.) Fitted with a loop and ring.
