Reverse: inscription within an oak garland tied with a bow 'J. RICHARDS'. Incuse: '19 OCTOBER 1907'. Legend: 'ZUID HOLLANDSCHE MAATSCHAPPIJ TOT REDDING VAN SCHIPBREUKELINGEN TE ROTTERDAM'. Fitted with a loop and ring and watered silk orange ribbon.
