Azimuth compass
Wooden binnacle. Brass bowl on gimbals. Paper card stiffened by a brass ring. Graduation in 1/4 points. Outer ring quadrantal in 30'. One flat needle 1/2" wide. Two brass balance weights. This compass has an azimuth fitting, two hinged sights. Card brake. Fleur-de-lys N point, and heavily decorated E point.
