Envelope containing Translation of letters by Mr Maze to Mr Chang Ching-Kiang; General Remarks on imposition of Surtax on tonnage (translation); London Office of the Chinese Maritime Customs, a report on the acquisition of a property bought by Maze on behalf of the customs as residential quarters, this is opposite the race course also included is a report on the River Inspectorate department, a letter dated 31 August 1925 the inspector general forwarded for the commissioners information and for record, copies of correspondence exchanged between the Shui-wu Ch'u and the Inspectorate in which the former explained surveyed of the port.
