The drawing bears the signature of Admiral Baldwin Wake Walker [Surveyor of the Navy 1848-1860], John Edye [Assistant Surveyor of the Navy and designer 1832-1855] and Isaac Watts [1st Assistant Surveyor, 1848-1860].
