HMS Crescent (1892) underway at Halifax
A starboard stern quarter view of HMS Crescent (1892), a First Class Cruiser, underway at Halifax. She is flying the flag of the Vice Admiral from her main mast. However, closer inspection suggests that this flag was added by hand later and the image rephotographed. Certainly the flag has been doctored.
