Ornament
Hair ornament from Papua New Guinea. Two pointed hard wood sticks with a plaited red fibre attachment at one end terminating in a tassel. The plait is bound in two places with white fibre which has been oversewn. The item was formerly in the collections of the London Missionary Society.
