Plaster portrait plaque depicting John Jervis, Earl St. Vincent (1735-1823). It is in white on a black background, depicting the subject in profile, facing right and in uniform. It is mounted in a black, oval, wooden frame and is glazed with a gilt mount. Written on the reverse: 'Lord St Vincent'.
