Silver plate spoon
A silver plate spoon. The maker's mark "W.H & S. B . P .M. P . A." are inscribed on the back of the handle. There is a light patina on the inside of the bowl and the handle. The plate is starting to come away from the spoon. The whole of the spoon is discoloured.
