Cream jug: P&O
One of three identical electroplated cream jugs with the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company. it bears the P&O rising sun crest and has three feet attached to its base. It has a wide lip and an upward angled ornate handle. the edge of the jug is slightkly raised The maker's mark are engraved on the base. There is a definitive patination on the inside and outside of the jug. The base of the inside of the jug has a small number of scratches.
