Small drum

A circular drum with red, black and yellow painted rims. The outside layer of the drum, above and below the rim, is painted black. Attached to the rims of the drum are a set of ropes that form a zig-zag pattern from top to bottom around the circumference of the drum. Holding the ropes in this pattern are 9 circular leather straps. Attached to the bottom drum skin are 4 thin ropes that extend from one side of the bottom to the other. The outside of the drum is exceedingly dirty and the paint is chipped in various places along the rim. The rope is starting to fray slightly in various places.
