H.M.S. 'Vanguard' door hinge pieces
Two pieces of a brass door hinge with the pin broken. From HMS 'Vanguard' sunk by internal explosion on 9 July 1917 at Scapa Flow. The hinge was picked up among debris a couple of days after the accident, by the donor Captain Andrew Vavasour Scott Yates RN (1900-1991).
