Circular token made of metal. On the obverse is a profile of Howe's bust facing left surrounded by the inscription: 'EARL HOWE. ADMIRAL OF THE WHITE. K. G.' On the reverse is the inscription: 'THE / FRENCH FLEET / DEFEATED / OFF USHANT / 1 JUNE 1794.'
