White metal, circular token with Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805) bust depicted in profile facing left with the inscription 'ENGLAND EXPECTS EVERY MAN WILL DO HIS DUTY' around the edge. On the reverse is the inscription: 'ABOUKIR / 14 ENG / DEFEATED / 15 FRENCH / 10 TAKEN 2 BURNT / AUG 1 1798.'
