Tobacco box base
Tobacco box base with a Greek key pattern on the sides. On the base, within a border of rope twist and key pattern and surrounded by oak branches, is the inscription: 'CONQUEROR AT ABOUKIR 1 AUGT 1798 COPENHAGEN 2 APRIL 1801 TRAFALGAR 21 OCTR 1805 WHERE HE GLORIOUSLY FELL.' The maker's initials: 'M & P FECIT' on the base.
