Snuff box lid made of tortoiseshell that is round and has shallow sides. The lid is decorated with a gilt metal profile of the Tzar, under glass, facing right, based on a medal. It is signed on the truncation 'MOREL'. Legend: 'ALEXANDER. I . IMP. RUSSORUM.'
