HMS Kenya (1939); Warship vessel
Scale: Unknown. A cased waterline model of the cruiser HMS Kenya (1939), complete with fittings and two masts. The model is painted black below the waterline with grey topsides and superstructure. The afterdeck is finished in a natural varnished wood and the boat deck and forward decks are painted green. It is fitted with three large guns, triple turret main armament, two funnels, a variety of small guns and with various boats, and a large crane for lifting between the funnels. The model is mounted on a painted plaster sea on a wooden baseboard, the edges of which have been painted gold. Plaque inscribed: "HMS Kenya 5th Nov 1956".
