Poem title 'Weather' with watercolour drawings

A handwritten poem with watercolour illustrations entitled 'Weather'. The poem has a printed rope border along with floral decorations surrounding the tile of the poem. There are four picture next to the poem: a sailor smoking a pipe under the sun, a young sailor flying a kite, two men boxing with one of the men on the ground and one man asleep in a hammock with a barometer falling on his head. In the bottom left corner is the name "GEORGE FONDER". The initials "C.K.B" are printed in the bottom right corner. The poem reads "BE EVENING RED AND THE MORNING GREY, A CERTAINS SIGNS OF A FINE DAY, BUT THE EVENING GREY AND THE MORNING RED, MAKES THE SAILOR SHAKE HIS HEAD, WHEN THE GLASS FALLS LOW, LOOK OUT FOR A BLOW, WHEN THE GLASS RISES HIGH, THEN LET YOUR KITES FLY, A SUDDEN RISE AFTER LOW INDICATES A STRONGER BLOW, LONG FORETOLD, LONG LAST, SHORT NOTICE, SHORT PASS, AT SEA WITH LOW AND FALLING GLASS, SOUNDLY SLEEPS A CARELESS ASS, ONLY WHEN ITS HIGH AND RISING, TRULY RESTS A CAREFUL WISE ONE". There are brown stains around the edge with a large balck stain on the back of the poem
