Warship

Scale: Unknown. A model of the bow of a warship with a pivoting gun made entirely of wood and painted in realistic colours. The hull is painted off-white below the waterline, black above, the inboard bulwarks are cream and the forecastle is stained a dark brown colour. Four large rectangular gunports are shown, their inner faces painted cream. The slide carriage rotates on a metal pin located in the centre of the deck. The muzzle loading gun is turned from wood, painted black and mounted on a conventional carriage that slides back and forth on the slide carriage. There are five additional pivoting points set into the deck.
