HMS Agamemnon (1852); Warship; 91 guns

Scale: Unknown. A model of the framing of the stern of HMS Agamemnon (1852) made entirely in wood which has been stained and varnished a mahogany colour. The port side shows a proposed method of framing, the starboard side shows the framing of the stern as built. The propeller well is shown together with the section of keel, deadwood and rudder post. The framing for ten stern gallery windows are in position. The model is displayed on a rectangular wooden baseboard with bevelled edges.
