HMS Queen (1839); Warship; 1st rate; 116 gun ship
Scale: Unknown. A model of the port side stern of HMS Queen' (1839) made entirely of wood and painted in realistic colours. The model is carved from a solid block onto which the main frames are painted in dark brown. The filling frames are not shown, the voids being painted black. The disposition of gunports, entry ports and windows are shown. The front and side section faces together with the stylised poop are painted a uniform brown. The wale is shown in posiiton and painted black.
