HMS Dido (1836); Warship; Corvette

Scale: Unknown. A model of the starboard side stern framing of HMS Dido (1836) made entirely in wood with paper fittings and stained a uniform mid-brown colour. The hull is shown partly in frame with the frames stained a darker colour. Two stern gun ports are shown. The model is displayed on a rectangular wooden baseboard, stained or painted black. On model: 'Dido' and on paper label applied to model: '877'.
