Warship

Scale: Unknown. A model of the stern of a three deck warship made entirely of wood and painted in realistic colours. The model shows the comparison between the new plan on the port side and the old plan on the starboard side of constructing ships sterns. The hull is painted black with a broad white stripe along the main gundeck. The stern is highly detailed with the details painted on paper and adhered to the model. Fourteen gunports are shown, only one of which has a hinged lid. All the gunports are blanked off and painted red. The stylised poop deck is devoid of detail and stained a dark brown finish. The section face is painted cream.
