Service vessel; Jolly boat
Scale: 1:48. A modern exhibition model of the 16-foot jolly boat as issued to HM Transport ‘Bounty’ (1784) and included as part of a larger diorama showing the ship alongside a quay loading supplies for a upcoming voyage. The hull is of carvel construction and is complete with a crew of two who are alongside the ‘Bounty’, passing up stores to be stowed in the hold.
