Royal Naval uniform: pattern 1812
Lieutenant's epaulette. Plain strap with laces to fix to right shoulder. Seventeen bullions in outer row, and seventeen small ones in inner row. Hole for button. Hand sewn. Strap backed with woollen fabric. Yellow silk pad underneath bullions.
