Bowl: Black painted brass, filler plug at side, expansion chamber at base incorporated with tripod mounting spigot. Inside of bowl painted white with a black wire lubber pointer projecting from the side. Fitted with an azimuth circle (Schmalcalder type prism and two dark shades missing) having a spirit level and an open frame with thread and dark glass reflector (glass broken)
Card: Dia 3.75" (9.5 cm) white-painted with black markings, graduated to 16 points and to 360 deg from South point with inverted graduations.
