Liquid compass
Bowl: Brass painted black. Glazed, white on inside with white and black arrow across the underside of glass. This arrow has inverted spike which fits into cap on arrow to stop it coming off. Expansion chamber at base and fill hole on side.
Card: Unsighted
Needle: Two needles slung beneath metal arrow (head red) whcih has pivots on cap and spike at centre.
Pivot: Brass pivot stem and cup.
