1879 regulations
Full Dress sword belt belonging to Staff Commander Walter W. Browne. The belt is of black morocco leather embroidered with three rows of gold thread and has gilt brass buckles and rings. There is a circular clasp of gilt brass, two inches in diameter, with laurel embossed edges, with a crown and anchor in the centre.
