Watch with a calender indication in a gold coloured (regilded) open face case. Full-plate movement, English style cock with steel coquerette. Frictional-rest escapement (v. Tompion patent 1695). Convex enamel dial with roman hour numerals and arabic 5-minute numerals, star at centre; square date aperture above VI. Dial repsired at VI. Decorated gold hands. Gilded metal case with eccentric internal winding shutter. Perhaps recased.
