Brass and steel clockmaker's mandrel. Compound slide rest with cranked handles. Pierced face plate with 3 steel dogs. Spring loaded pump centre. Spoked hand-wheel driving two alternative pulleys (line missing). Adjustable conical point for taking up wear.
