Gibraltar (1754)

Scale; 1:48. Plan showing the body plan, sheer lines and longitudinal half-breadth for building the Gibraltar (1754), a 20-gun Sixth Rate, similar to the body of the captured French privateer Tyger (no date) taken in the previous war. The includes later pencil alterations.

A note on the plan records that the deck height was increased along the lines for Seaford (1754) for the Aldborough (1756) and Flamborough (1756) 20-gun Sixth Rates of the same class as Gibraltar.
