Burgee, Chapman Sands Sailing Club, Canvey Island

Burgee of the Chapman Sands Sailing Club belonging to yachtsman John Frederick Fisk (1931-1976). A small trangular pennant on an aluminium staff with a wire counterbalance. The pennant is machine and hand sewn and printed. It is made of wool and synthetic fibre bunting with cotton hoist. It has a yellow ground with an irregular, six-sided red shape in the centre and a white border and is inscribed: ' ZEPHYRACE British Patent'.
