Our Welcome and Wellbeing sessions offer an introduction to Royal Museums Greenwich through gallery tours, artist-led creative workshops, and lunch together in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

We warmly welcome local adult groups and charities supporting people with sanctuary-seeking backgrounds, as well as groups working with adults who have ongoing mental health support needs.

Led by experienced Artist Facilitators with a range of lived experiences, the workshops use creativity to encourage self-expression, conversation, and connection. No previous artistic experience is needed, and people of all languages and abilities are welcome. These sessions provide a safe, inclusive space to explore ideas, connect with others, and enjoy a meaningful introduction to the museum.

Group size: Up to 15 participants per group

Cost: Free
