We aim to deliver a queer history talk at least once a week at the National Maritime Museum. Talks are written and delivered by our Visitor and Sales Assistants and by members of our Queer History Club.
Each talk lasts around 20 minutes. Please note that talks are subject to change and, as a last resort, cancellation due to staff availability.
Look out for queer history talks at 3.30pm on the following days at the National Maritime Museum:
| Date | Talk title |
| Thursday 9 April | Attitudes – A Nelson, Hamilton Affair |
| Sunday 12 April | Anne Bonny and Mary Read |
| Thursday 16 April | The heiress with a need for speed |
| Sunday 26 April | Gender constructs in the indigenous communities found in the Arctic |
| Thursday 30 April | Swindle and scandal in Georgian Greenwich |
