The original drawing of 'Boats near Murano' is in the City of Manchester Art Galleries and was no. 185 in the 1979 Stanfield exhibition catalogue (Tyne and Wear Museums [Sunderland Art Gallery]). This engraving faces p.180 in Charles Heath's 'Picturesque Annual: Travelling Sketches in the North of Italy'...etc (1832).
