A cylindrical tinned sheet metal '6 pint' stew pan
A cylindrical tinned sheet metal stew pan with handles and a concave base made for the British Arctic Expedition, 1875-76, led by Captain George Nares. The stew pan was designed to accommodate a 6 pint kettle (AAA4008.1 and AAA4008.3) inside when stored away for sledging.
