Shipping off Dover in a light breeze, with a view of the Castle

Pocock's inscription on this drawing, which shows shipping off Dover, appears to read: '4- here is my choice [shipping] going to the Downs with a light breeze'. This suggests that it may be the fourth sketch of a number of variants (for another variant, without inscriptions, see PAD8847). The main vessel is also labelled 'Indiaman – 22 guns on the gun deck'. There is a similar sketch on the reverse of the sheet.
