Scale 1:48. Plan shows the sheer lines, body plan and longitudinal half breadth of a unnamed 382ft, 3-masted iron-cased 36-gun frigate proposed by Samuda Brothers. The lines plan includes the position in the vessel for the engines, boilers, and coal spaces, as well as the position of the top sides protected with armour plates and with wood planking. The drawing has been embossed with the Samuda Brothers stamp. The plan is torn in various places.
