Scale 1:48. Plan shows the sheer lines, longitudinal breath and body plan for a unnamed 345ft 3 masted Iron troopship circa 1860. The plan bears the signature of James Ash and John Ford [Managing Director of Thames Iron Works]. The title of the plan is "A Design for an Iron Screw Steam Vessel for Her Majesty's Transport Service". The words "30 November 1860. J.7832-Propelled Design for a troopship similar to Himalaya" are written on the reverse.
