Flintlock tinder lighter
A flintlock tinder lighter with steel and brass mounts and mahogany stocks, reputedly belonging to Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805), but the provenance is dubious. A label attached to the object reads: 'Tinder lighter from Nelson's home The Parsonage House, Burnham Thorpe, Norfolk'.
