H.M.S. Pandora Falmouth packet

The Falmouth mail packet, Pandora, shown in port broadside view, is heeling over on a port tack in a rough sea. Only her main sails and jib are hoisted. Her main topsail is flapping in the wind and the crew are scaling the ratlines to furl it. Figures are also visible on the deck. Other sailing vessels, in the background, similarly only have a few sails hoisted.
