Royal Naval Museum, Somerset House Exhibition of Models

Print of the Exhibition of Models at the Royal Naval Museum. Somerset House was designed by Sir William Chambers and built between 1776-1801 to house government departments and especially those occupied by the Navy. The building had a Navy Model Room which held models of every new ship built for the Navy.
